Agreement to Terms

HomeHeat is operated by Tsoir Advisors LLC. By using HomeHeat, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What HomeHeat Is

HomeHeat is a personal tool to help homeowners track heating oil consumption and estimate when they might need a refill. It is not a professional fuel management system or emergency service.

Acceptable Use

• HomeHeat is for personal, non-commercial use
• You are responsible for entering accurate tank data
• Predictions are estimates based on the data you provide and weather forecasts
• Do not rely solely on the app for critical fuel decisions

Predictions Are Estimates

Important: HomeHeat provides fuel consumption estimates based on the data you enter and weather information. Actual consumption varies based on:

• Weather conditions
• Thermostat settings
• Home insulation
• Equipment efficiency
• Occupancy patterns

Always monitor your tank level directly and schedule deliveries with appropriate buffer time. Do not wait until the app shows zero days remaining.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HomeHeat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of predictions
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

HomeHeat is a convenience tool designed to help you plan ahead. It is not a substitute for monitoring your fuel system directly or consulting with heating professionals.

Because fuel consumption depends on many factors outside the app's control, we cannot guarantee prediction accuracy. Please:

• Check your tank gauge regularly
• Schedule deliveries with buffer time
• Don't wait until the last moment to order fuel

You are responsible for your own fuel management decisions. HomeHeat is here to help, but the final call is always yours.

Supplier Communication

When you use HomeHeat to contact suppliers, you are communicating directly with those suppliers. We are not a party to any transactions or agreements between you and suppliers.

Intellectual Property

HomeHeat and its content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using HomeHeat at any time. If you use the mobile app, you may delete it from your device. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
